v0.7.3 beta1

This beta pre-release comes with an updated watermark detection model which is only used for dataset creation not for Lada GUI or CLI. Only relevent if you're building your own mosaic restoration datasets.

Compared to the previous release there was one fix for Windows GUI which prevented certain files from being played so in case you haven't updated your branch for a while you might want to get the latest changes.
