• Unified add/remove CLI commands: Architecture atlas (apltk architecture add feature|module|relation and apltk architecture remove feature|module|relation) now replaces 19+ fine-grained entity verbs. Supports single-entity and batch modes with relationship flags (--depends-on, --part-of, --data-flow-to, --implements, --deployed-on).
• Batch mode with rollback: apltk architecture add in batch mode validates all entities before writing; partial failures roll back state files to the pre-batch snapshot.

Removed

• Retired apply/template subcommands: apltk architecture apply and apltk architecture template return clear error messages directing users to apltk architecture add. Corresponding TypeScript routes removed.

Changed

• Help text simplified: Architecture CLI help now lists only 6 core verbs (add, remove, diff, merge, render, open). Fine-grained entity verbs (feature, submodule, function, etc.) remain operational for backward compatibility but are hidden from help output.
• CLAUDE.md and AGENTS.md: Updated architecture verb reference to [add|remove|diff|merge|render|open].
