No playback or download of "shorts" possible

Replaying and downloading of short videos (shorts) is not possible

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find a channel of interest (for example: car maniac)
2. Tap on the camera symbol on the bottom-middle position)
3. All shorts of this channel are listed, but no reaction if the user taps on it for replay or download. Also displayed on all shorts: Premiere in -2865 weeks (all shorts are already released)

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Tapping on the shorts video starts the replay and a selection to download is missing. Correct info when the shorts was released or will be released.
