Feat: Add i18n multi-language support

Feature

Currently, the project only supports a single language. I propose adding i18n (internationalization) support, allowing multiple languages and enabling users to customize language files (e.g., JSON/YAML), making it easier for the community to contribute translations.

This will be such a hard thing to implement given the complexity of the project. I don't think it will ever happen.
It'll also slow down development as adding a single chat message will require the developer to side track to add a localization in a language they might not even know.
We had already discussed it 2 years ago and it was a complete block on my side.
