New DuckDB extension to convert other formats into lance

Hi community, I found a lot of time in my daily work is spent on converting all types of formats into lance, including parquet, iceberg, huggingface, WARC, and other ad-hoc formats. So I built a DuckDB extension lance_conversion.

Two simple install and load SQL should be enough to use, happy for bug reports and feature requests!

FORCE INSTALL lance_conversion FROM community;
LOAD lance_conversion;
