docs: release 0.1.33 changes

Some items for new release today.

1. How to upgrade, difference between upgrading Python package and containers
2. Container already exists troubleshooting - try resetting individual container first instead of all of them
3. Move anthropic tab over to align with new onboarding screen and make it the default tab.

Before merge, update the PDF to reflect these changes.
