I've deployed a self-hosted environment in my office internally, without https.
I can't delete existed apps, and there's a erorr message says:"failed to fetch".
I don't what's wrong, and I edited the .env file and turned on the DEBUG options, but I can't find any related error messages.
Anyone konws why? Thanks.

I had the same problem, and reinstalling didn't solve it.

I have solved this problem because of the internal firewall of the company, which restricts the put and delete methods. Just remove it @meeeo
