Sandbox version: langgenius/dify-sandbox:0.2.15

1. Cannot run Python code nodes on offline CentOS machine
   Sandbox log error:

ERROR: failed to setup runner dependencies: open dependencies/python-requirements.txt: no such file or directory.
python lib path is not available: path: /usr/local/lib/python3.14

2. Blocked from pre-installing pip packages inside sandbox for offline image
   I tried downloading wheels on Windows, manually installing dependencies inside the sandbox container and saving a self-contained offline image via docker save.
   All pip commands throw this error and cannot proceed:

Configuration Error
  - SOCKET_API_KEY must be a valid API key, please get one from https://socket.dev with the correct permissions.
