feat: enhance app creation tracking with source and template ID

Summary

• Updated tracking parameters in various components to include 'source' and 'templateId' for app creation events.
• Modified test cases to validate the new tracking structure.
• Adjusted the DSL import success callbacks to pass the app mode for better tracking accuracy.
