Description
GUFI is written in C. We should have a portable method to distribute gufi for testing. This could be a container, a spack package, or something else.
There is a larger question. When should we implement a Spack package.py for dsi? If we implement a spack package for both GUFI and DSI, then the world of python+compiled driver and plugin tools suddenly become much easier to coordinate.
Food for thought. Low priority.
