This pull request:

  • Consolidates GitHub Actions workflows for tag validation, simplifying the CI/CD process.
  • Adds a new M8RefSvr plugin for monitoring MicroStrategy Reference Server processes.
  • Implements centralized logging and comprehensive test framework.
  • Improves documentation, especially for OpenTelemetry integration and TLS configuration.
  • Updates version numbers across components.
  • Improves tag management and validation.

These changes provide more comprehensive monitoring capabilities and improve the reliability and security of the plugins.
