Add configurability to browser log level

Some projects have JS warnings that are filling their browser logs because they aren't able to prioritize fixing them right now.

They also get sent to Ray and can be pretty noisy showing up on every page load.

How could we add configurability to browser log levels, so people could make it only show errors, say?

I second to that. Especially when debugging things like GTM with consent, each page load adds 8 log entries to Ray and it becomes really cluttered.
