This pull request fixes a minor formatting/parsing issue by adding an additional newline before the end-fence of the boost guidelines. In Phpstorm with the default code inspection profile enabled, the IDE will show an error
Element laravel-boost-guidelines is not closed :2This can be especially bothersome if a user has enabled code inspection to run before committing.
The additional newline allows the IDE to parse the file correctly and prevents this error.
