Correct me if I am wrong but I initially thought the failover connections worked like the
emergencylogger only used as a backup, with the backups order/ priority defined inside the failover connection (maybe they should work like that?). However, it seems I need to switch the connection, store or mailer tofailoverto make use of it. This PR clarifies this by updating some wording.
