Description

Adds documentation for explicitly setting MCP tool annotation values to avoid misclassification during inspection.

Related Issue

Addresses concerns raised in laravel/mcp#133

Changes

  • Added warning about annotation default values
  • Added example showing how to explicitly set annotation values to true/false
  • Clarifies that omitting annotations doesn't mean false

This helps developers avoid tool misclassification when submitting MCP apps to platforms like OpenAI.
