Similar to #57687 and #57665
This probably doesn't provide a lot of real value, given that it's unlikely someone calls
EventServiceProvider@getEvents()more than a single time in their application. This does maintain consistency, and paves the way for someone who might want to create aWithCachedEventstesting trait.
