This adds support for the Cloud::configureDisks to support scoped filesystems.
Passing a
scoped_diskwill swap the driver froms3toscopedand fill the configdiskparameter with the value fromscoped_disk.Other parameters are irrelevant therefore skipped.
is_defaultmechanism still applies to both normal and scoped disks.
