Description
I noticed the MySQL docker image being used hasn't been updated for 3 years: https://hub.docker.com/r/mysql/mysql-server/tags. Also, there is no 8.4 support.
Is there any reason why Sail isn't using https://hub.docker.com/_/mysql?
Steps To Reproduce
Create a fresh Sail setup with MySQL
