• Document optional duplicate checking and clipboard access.

No transcript extraction behavior or stored configuration has changed. 113 tests, type checks and lint pass locally. New directory review is required for this release; these changes do not guarantee search-index propagation.

Community submission candidate. Clean-vault acceptance and official directory review remain outstanding. Platform availability depends on account and network access; speech recognition is optional and may incur charges.
