Provide detailed instructions for creating DOIs for datasets #69
Description
The Citing Software section has very detailed instructions on how to cite software in Zenodo. It would be great if we could provide similarly detailed instructions for the Publishing and Citing Datasets section. I found this Confluence page that contains at least part of this information.
If the process for creating a Zenodo DOI for a dataset is the same as for software (I do not know if this is the case), then providing the link between those pages would also be really helpful.
The Developer's Guide is great! Thanks to everyone for their work in pulling this together!
