• New HDMI Source select entity to switch between HDMI 1-4 inputs
• Enables automations like "when Apple TV turns on, switch to HDMI 1"

• Updated README with GUI-based debug logging instructions
• Added custom_components.govee to manifest loggers for better debug capture
