#118 — H7150 target humidity settable again
The v2026.6.26 change that stopped showing a bogus 0% target had a side effect: when the target reads unknown, Home Assistant hides the humidity dial entirely — so the target couldn't be set from the UI at all.
The target now falls back to the last value you set (remembered after each successful change and restored across Home Assistant restarts), and to the range minimum when never set — so the dial always renders and dragging it sends a real setpoint. Govee's poll still never reports the live Auto setpoint back (a cloud API gap), and the bogus 0 still never surfaces.
