Latitude is now MIT licensed

Hello!

We've decided to release Latitude v2 under the MIT license.

We want Latitude to be as easy as possible to adopt, build on, and self-host.

The MIT license lets you do almost anything with Latitude: modify it, self-host it, fork it, and even build closed-source products on top of it, with no obligation to open-source your own changes. The only requirement is keeping the original license notice when you copy the code.
