Some struggles with libsqlite3-sys dependency because sea-orm pins a sqlx version which pins a libsqlite3-sys version incompatible with the latest rusqlite. However... should be fixed soon: - SeaQL/sea-orm#2725: upgrade sea-orm's sqlx dependency - launchbadge/sqlx#4057: release alpha of new version of sqlx compatible with latest libsqlite3-sys
