Summary

ManagedAgentGraph was placed under src/api/graph/ when introduced, but its peers ManagedAgent and ManagedModel live at src/api/. Moving it into the same directory makes the managed-type layout consistent.
Updates the file's internal imports for the new depth, removes the re-export from api/graph/index.ts, adds it to api/index.ts, and fixes the test's import path.
Public surface is unchanged — ManagedAgentGraph is still re-exported from the package root.
