## Summary Sets the `bootstrap-sha` in `release-please-config.json` to the migration merge commit (`1cfbf42`). This tells release-please where to start scanning for conventional commits, which will trigger the initial release PR. ## What this does - Replaces the `REPLACE_WITH_FIRST_COMMIT_SHA_AFTER_MIGRATION` placeholder with the actual SHA of the merge commit from #1 - Once merged, the next push to `main` with a `feat:` or `fix:` commit will generate a release-please PR bumping all packages from `0.0.0` to their first version
