Language Translation System

A comprehensive language translation system that converts text from one language to another using NLP and machine learning techniques. This project leverages advanced neural network architectures to provide accurate and efficient translations across multiple language pairs.

Features

  • 🌐 Multi-language Support - Translate between multiple language pairs
  • 🚀 High Performance - Optimized neural models for fast inference
  • 📊 State-of-the-art Accuracy - Built on proven transformer architectures
  • 🔧 Easy Integration - Simple API for seamless integration into applications
  • 🎯 Pre-trained Models - Ready-to-use models for immediate deployment

Installation

Prerequisites

  • Python 3.8 or higher
  • pip or conda package manager
  • 4GB RAM (minimum)
  • GPU support recommended (CUDA 11.0+)

Steps

  1. Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/lavishka22/Language-Translation-.git
cd Language-Translation-
  1. Create a virtual environment:
python -m venv venv
source venv/bin/activate  # On Windows: venv\Scripts\activate
  1. Install dependencies:
pip install -r requirements.txt

Usage

Basic Translation

from translator import Translator

# Initialize the translator
translator = Translator(source_lang='en', target_lang='es')

# Translate text
result = translator.translate("Hello, how are you?")
print(result)  # Output: "Hola, ¿cómo estás?"

Batch Translation

texts = ["Good morning", "Good evening", "Good night"]
results = translator.batch_translate(texts)
for original, translated in zip(texts, results):
    print(f"{original} -> {translated}")

Supported Languages

  • English (en)
  • Spanish (es)
  • French (fr)
  • German (de)
  • Chinese (zh)
  • Japanese (ja)
  • Hindi (hi)
  • More languages coming soon...
