bug: type inference false-positives on data-ml when data/ directory exists

glossa-lab has data/ and reports/ dirs, causing data-ml inference instead of backend-frontend-tray. The data-ml check is too loose - data/ alone is too generic. Should require notebooks/*.ipynb or ML framework imports, not just directory names.

Fixed in d594caa — data-ml requires .ipynb files, not just data/ dir.
