Description
This PR addresses the formatting and link structure issues on the GSoC 2021 Project Ideas page.
Specifically, this PR makes the following changes to
src/collections/programs/gsoc-2021/index.mdx:Project IdeastoGSoC 2021 Project Ideas.<b>to<h3>.<wbr />tags and extra spaces from the "Issue" and "Upstream Issue" links.This PR fixes #7545
