Add ttsWorkersAIStream to allow workers AI LLM responses to be easily streamed to layercode. See https://github.com/layercodedev/example-backend-hono/tree/workers-ai for a demo.
Needs to be added to docs and a how-to page in our docs for people wanted to use Workers AI. I used https://developers.cloudflare.com/workers-ai/models/gemma-3-12b-it/ as it's small and fast.
