test_mpeg_consolidated is failing in CI, but this failure is unrelated to the ylabel rotation fix in PR #387.
Context
- Identified during review of PR fix: correct ylabel rotation regression in bitmap rendering #387 (ylabel rotation fix)
- Test failure appears to be pre-existing and unrelated to bitmap rotation changes
- May be related to MPEG encoding/decoding functionality
Investigation Required
- Analyze test_mpeg_consolidated failure root cause
- Determine if this is a regression or existing issue
- Fix underlying MPEG functionality or update test expectations
