Conversion updates based on specifications v3.1. See the Library of Congress’s BIBFRAME site for more details. Specifications are included in the distribution in the spec directory. Changes of note:

• Processing instructions for the conversion and creation of language and script coding which follows the BCP47 standard. The changes are outlined in the new Subfield $7 procedure and the new Process 10.
• Conversion of $r in uniform title headings has been changed to bf:keyMode, which was missed in the v3.0 conversion.
• Series Hub descriptions no longer have bflc:Uncontrolled as an added rdf:type.
• Titles in Works now contain all title subfields from the MARC 245 field.
• bf:duration value conforms to xsd:duration datatype (addresses xsd:duration datatype for bf:duration #262)
