Add Bluetooth and modem (cellular) widgets

Having Bluetooth and modem/cellular widgets would be interesting to have. Is there any plans for adding those widgets? I'd like to have them for the desktop environment I'm making for my Linux based OS.

If awful.widget.watch does not satisfy your needs, I will consider PRs.

I'll look into doing this via sysfs like how net does it when I do more mobile development for ExpidusOS.
