getAllExecutionsResults not implemented in the python side api.

getAllExecutionsResults not implemented.

Function was recently added to the xml rpc web service.

However when attempting to call from the pythonic api.

c.getAllExecutionsResults()

Please note, that latest TestLink-API-Python-client release 0.8.0 and master already supports getAllExecutionsResults(), but not yet the latest published Testlink Server release 1.17, only the server master - see TL Mantis Ticket 8259
