tl.getRequirements does not exist

I'm using Testlink version : 1.9.14 (Padawan)
I'm using also TestLink-API-Python-Client version : 0.8.1

I try to get all the requirements from my Testlink project but it fails

Hello Greg,
please take a look into ticket #135.
Your observed TB tells you, that your 1.9.14 TL server not yet support the related req api calls.
You have to update our TL installation, to use them.
