- add KIP EXPECT VERSION, UPDATE, MERGE, SEARCH modes, and EXPORT support
- split Cognitive Nexus database execution into KML, KQL, matching, and META modules
- bump workspace KIP, database, and cognitive nexus crates to the 0.8 line
- document the 0.8.0 release in CHANGELOG.md
