Distribute via luarocks

Probably blocked on #73 

Would be nice to be able to `luarocks install lpm` and get lpm, even if the install scripts are easy, the novelty of luarocks having it would be cool.

I think the best approach would be to provide `.src.rock` builds for each platform with the lpm binary embedded in it.
