Used to use automake/autoconf, now using ninja+cmake for all, which comes with gha macos runner.
Ubuntu image comes with openssl and the rest are unnecessary.
Basically atexit would try to free libraries that were already freed by bionic linker. At least thats my understanding of the situation. Lets hope this fixes android.

These packages are useful for other projects and will hopefully not move as much as lde itself does, so better to just give them their own isolated repositories where test and development can be done slower.
