- align with CQL2 BNF release candidate, this includes changes to multiple rules, in most cases without changing the language
- allow "Z" in WKT
- "envelope" -> "bbox"
- add GeometryCollection
- "operator" -> "function"
- use "(...)" for arrays instead of "[...]"
- update unicode character sets

CQL2 will also use `booleanLiteral` in `scalarExpression`, not `booleanExpression`
