Comment issue since 6 months

It's been a long time since somebody reported the issue with the comments.

Them all are placed inside the previous block, instead outside.

I really appreciate this plugin, but this bug and the fact of no having idea about what gonna happen make me crazy.

Does anybody know if is going to be corrected? If not, I think that it's better starting an updated fork from this point.

I still having this issue when updated to version 0.12.

Comments are moved and grouped without apparently order.
