What's Changed

Added a maintenance status note in the READMEs (limited maintenance for now, still reviewing issues/PRs, maintainer call via GitHub/X).
Upgraded dependencies across the monorepo and fixed post-upgrade TypeScript issues.
Pinned vitest to 4.0.17 for test stability.
Kept strict typing enabled; added skipLibCheck in docs to avoid third-party type-definition conflicts.
