This PR adds a plausible link and the main website’s navbar. Unlike the main site, this Navbar expands to the sides of the screen instead of staying contained in 1080px. This PR also adds the Mathlib initiative Navbar and a query parameter
?from=mathlibto set the mathlib navbar.
