Create a new 64 bits image compatible with RPi v5

Overview

Current kolibri raspberry image is a 32 bits arm built based in Debian 10

We need to upgrade it to a 64 bits built based in debian 12 (bookworm) to be compatible with the latest RPi version (5)

Description and outcomes

In order for this to work we need to rebase last pi-gen changes

Not a 64 bits, but a RPi v5 compatible image has been implemented in #21
