New topic inaccurately flashes as invalid for ~ 1 second while adding multiple new topics

Summary

When adding multiple new topics in the edit modal, if you click "ADD NEW TOPIC" after filling out another topic's title, sometimes a big red message flashes for ~ 1 second, saying that the topic is invalid. Once the new topic is created, the message goes away.

This appears to be potentially related to how the saveNode method of DetailsTabView is being used, as it has a debounce time that's about the same as the amount of time that validation message flashes.

This is mostly just distracting and confusing, but it's not a blocker.

It looks like the reason for this might be that the diffTracker debounced function is delaying updating the title. It might be worth forcing the sync on blur or shortening the delay
