Prevent Sentry errors from non-LE deployments

The following Sentry error is coming from a deployment that isn't related to Learning Equality. I thought we had prevented this from happening previously.

Sentry Issue: STUDIO-FE4

This could be from when the Sentry key was hardcoded into the codebase. @aronasorman if we generate a new key, could you update it in the deployments?
