Update the format filter so that there is more coherence between file formats and exercises

I feel like the format filter in the import from channel search is missing some formats? I wanted to filter by exercise

Current behavior

In the main search page, exercise is listed as a format option. In "Import from channels" however, it is not listed, and there is a checkbox to filter by assessments. This is a confusing UI because it's not consistent, and also, using "exercises" and "assessments" interchangeably in the filtering might be confusing for some users.

@marcellamaki mam, what should be the expected UI in this case? Umm, I think we should change 'show assessments only' to 'show exercises only'...? What do you think?

I think I'll ask @jtamiace to weigh in, as she was the one who originally mentioned the issue and might have some design insight.

Ideally, I think that assessments toggle should be integrated in the formats dropdown, and the formats dropdown should be updated to be 'Activities' with all the new metadata options (Practice, Watch, Read, etc). This change would also have to be reflected in the labels and icons of search result cards and previewers.

I've been working on some updates to the overall import from search experience here (this is very in progress work at time of commenting)

While I do think this dropdown can be updated without being too disrupted by these overall changes, there are some additional layout & functionality changes that I think would make a better experience, so it might be better to wait until then and do it all at once? This issue was also just my own observation during a bug bash and I'm not aware if there is any existing user feedback that would make this urgent enough and worth it to do separately from the overall update.
