Text editor - Cannot publish a channel because of an exercise with a lot of formatted text

Observed behavior

It's not possible to publish the following test channel containing an exercise with at lot of formatted text. No errors in the console:

cannot.publish.a.channel.mp4

Expected behavior

Should be further investigated.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Sign in to Studio at Hotfixes
2. Go to Channel > Channel editor > New exercise
3. Create an exercise by copy pasting a lot of formatted text
