Fixes #89

Changes:

  • Questioner is highlighted in blue, regardless of anonymity mode.
  • In "Only Questions anonymous"-mode, the questioner is also anonymous when writing an answer / a comment
  • anonymous Users are named "Questioner"/"Answerer #i" instead of "Anonymous"
