ledger-cli.org shows Cloudflare Error 1000

My current understanding of the issue is that ledger-cli.org redirects to GitHub IP address to serve the github-page (ledger.github.io), for some (so far) unknown reason ledger.github.io redirects to ledger-cli.org.

It could be related to the use of a custom domain for the github page

According to cloudflare the following steps are necessary in order to resolve the issue. @jwiegley has something changed on the DNS side of things?

While I have access to cloudflare I don't have access to the DNS settings at the registrar.

@afh Yes, I moved all of the domains I pay for from name.com to Cloudflare, both for registration and nameserving. What steps should I take to resolve this?

I had thought that since ledger-cli.org was using Cloudflare for name service prior to the switch, there would be no disruption. My apologies for this hiccup!

@afh I made the mistake of not downloading the previous DNS bind record first. Where should these point to? It seems they were A records before being managed by Cloudflare, but now since they migration they are "cloudflare proxies pointing at cloudflare", which causes the error we're seeing:

I think the issue is that there are now two cloudflare accounts that are involved in this. One that was created and used by me previously and one—I assume—that was created by you in order to migrate from name.com.

If that is the case I think it makes sense to consolidate the two and manage everything with the cloudflare account created by (recently?). Are you okay with switching to email for the configuration details and possible sharing credentials?
