저는 Scanner를 사용 했는데 준렬님은 BufferedReader를 사용하셨군요!
찾아보니 Scanner보다 BufferedReader가 입력을 버퍼링하여 읽기 때문에 빠르게 데이터를 처리할 수 있군요!
준렬님 코드 보면서 활용 방법 알아갑니다~!

저는 입력값을 배열에 저장 안하고 바로 if문을 통해서 x보다 작은 요소를 출력하는 형식으로 구현했는데,
준렬님께서는 toString()써서 한번에 출력하는 방식으로 구현하셨군요! 알아갑니다~!

저는 반복문을 돌리기 귀찮아서 최댓값을 찾을 땐 Collections.max(), 해당 값의 index를 찾을 땐 ArrayList.indexOf()를 사용했습니다! 한번 참고해보셔도 좋을 것 같아요~!!
